THE STUDIO

The studio of the Architect Emanuele Gardini deals with architectural design and consultancy for the recovery and renovation of existing buildings, both architectural and structural, as well as design and construction of private residences in bio-construction and structural wood with particular attention to new generation plant technologies related to energy savings due to the sun and ′zerogas′.
The firm avails itself of the selected collaboration of professionals and technicians chosen according to the type of contract and assignment.

THE FOUNDER

The Architect Emanuele Gardini graduated with honors and honors from the University of Florence in 2001, he has been practising his profession since 2002, he is a member of the Order of Architects of Forl�-Cesena and works mainly for private clients in the residential sector, commercial-productive and hotel.
He has twenty years of experience in the field of the free profession and comparison with the Public Administration.
He continues to constantly update his skills and knowledge from a professional and technological point of view. After years of work and experiences in collaboration, in 2020 he opened his professional studio.

ACTIVITIES

In the twenty years of professional activity has dealt with urban planning implementation residential for the realization of private residences and multi-housing housing complexes, extensions and new hotel projects, with complete tasks from the initial and executive design, to the works management with autonomous management of the entire building process, the contracts, the cadastral practices and documentation necessary for the withdrawal of the certificate of conformity building, in accordance with applicable laws.
On commission he carries out projects and consultants of interior design.
